EXPRESSION OF INTEREST & DATA ROOM ACCESS REQUEST
1. Purpose
This Investor Expression of Interest ("EOI") is intended to establish a preliminary basis for discussions between the undersigned investor and World Gate Investment LLC ("WGI") regarding a possible investment, financing arrangement, strategic partnership, joint venture, or other form of participation in the Wild Goose Project and its related developments.
Completion and execution of this document is a prerequisite for progressing to the next stage of discussions, including the execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and the granting of access to the project's Data Room.

The Investor confirms that any potential investment funds originate from lawful sources and comply with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML), anti-corruption, sanctions, and regulatory requirements applicable in its jurisdiction.
The Investor further confirms its willingness to provide supporting KYC/AML documentation upon request.
6. Confidentiality and Data Room Access
The Investor acknowledges and agrees that:
1. Any information provided by WGI prior to the execution of a formal NDA shall remain confidential.
2. Access to the Wild Goose Data Room shall only be granted following:
Completion and signature of this Expression of Interest;
Completion of WGI's preliminary investor screening process;
Execution of a mutually acceptable Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
3. All information contained within the Data Room shall be used solely for the purpose of evaluating a potential investment opportunity.
4. The Investor shall not copy, distribute, disclose, publish, or share any confidential information with any third party without the prior written consent of WGI.
7. Non-Binding Nature
1.This Expression of Interest is non-binding.
2.Neither party shall be obligated to proceed with any transaction as a result of signing this document.
3.Any future investment shall be subject to:
Satisfactory due diligence;
Internal approvals of all parties;
Legal, financial, technical, regulatory, and commercial review;
Negotiation and execution of definitive agreements.
4.WGI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or deny access to the Data Room and to discontinue discussions at any stage without liability.

The undersigned confirms that the information provided herein is true and accurate and that they are authorized to act on behalf of the Investor identified above.
The Investor respectfully requests access to the Wild Goose Project Data Room for the purpose of evaluating a potential investment opportunity.
By submitting this form, you confirm that the information provided is true and accurate, agree to the terms set forth in this Expression of Interest, including the confidentiality obligations and non-binding provisions, agree to our Privacy Policy, and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by World Gate Investment (WGI) for the purposes of investor screening, due diligence, and Data Room access administration.*
